The industry publishes LinkedIn safety as advice. Everyone says keep connection requests under about twenty a day, and then leaves the counting to whoever is clicking. We put the number in config and let the machine refuse.
Eighteen connection requests a day, ninety a week, forty messages a day, ramped from thirty percent over three weeks on a new account. A wave that would breach a cap is refused and the refusal is logged like any other rejection.
The same gate as email: corporate targets only, suppression checked before and after approval, and a human approves every message. Connection requests are treated as outreach, not as a free action.
